Abstract Submission Guidelines


Participation in the Conference is provided as an oral / poster presentation, or abstract publication only (extramural attendy). All abstracts will be reviewed by committees of experts in their respective areas and scheduled for presentation. Poster presentation guidelines will be published later and will be sent to registered participants.


Three Best Oral Presentations and three Best Poster Presentations will be awarded based on a combination of outstanding research, innovation, and presentation. Panel of experts will evaluate all oral presentations and select the winners, as well as will select the best posters from the conference participants. Winners will be recognized publicly at the end of the conference.


Working languages: Abstract has to be written in English. Plenary lecture and oral presentation might be presented in English or Ukrainian.

Abstract Guidelines



Title must not exceed 200 characters.

Authors (A maximum of 200 characters). The First author is a presenter of the abstract. The First Name followed by Family Name in capitals must be indicated for each author. Numbers indicating the institution of author should be stated after the author’s name without a space.

Example: Jhon SMITH1, Hanna IVANENKO2

Organizations(A maximum of 400 characters). State the name, city and country of organization/institution, separated by comma. 2 or more institutions should be separated by semicolon ";" Do not state the name of departments. Numbers indicating the institution should be stated before institution name without a space. Do not include address information.

Example: 1Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Kyiv, Ukraine; 2National Academy, L’viv, Ukraine.

Abstract text (A maximum of 2200 characters, including spaces, new lines, etc). Abstract text must be structured in Background, Materials and methods, Results, Conclusions. A sentence stating the study objective should be included in Background section. Figures, pictures, references must be avoided.


Note! The system does not support all of the symbols you can use in your text processor. Please, read carefully text at the stage of confirmation during the registration process and do the correction if needed. To specify upper or lower indexes you should use html-tags. For example, to specify Ca2+ you need to write Ca<sup>2+</sup>. And for the H2O you need to print H<sub>2</sub>O. To display the apostrophe, use the HTML code without spaces & # 39;


Keywords(A maximum of 80 characters) – up to 5 keywords.
