Abstract submission deadlines:

early bird submission ends - February 17, 2025 (extended till March 10, 2025)

regular submission ends - March 31, 2025 (extended till April 10, 2025)

Registration begins: September 16, 2024

Registration ends: April 28, 2025


After 10 of April participants will not have an opportunity to include their abstracts in an Abstract book.

Abstract book will be posted only in the On-line Conference materials, printed version of the Abstract book is not provided.


Your registration fee coverings entrance to plenary and section sessions, poster session, workshops, and includes all conference material (an Abstract Book, a Scientific Program Book, a Participant Certificate – electronic version), coffee breaks during the Conference (in case of in person participation), conference bag (in case of in person participation).Within 2 weeks after registration through the website and abstract submission, you will receive an email with the details of payment the registration fee and information on the acceptance of abstract for publication.

If one author registers several abstracts, each of them should be paid separately. Co-authors of the abstract also must pay their registration fee if they attend the Conference. The registration fee payment’s deadline is April 28, 2025. Abstracts, which were not paid until April 10, 2025, will not be included in the Abstract book.


Attendees who will participate in person during one day of the conference are requested to contact the secretary of the conference (microbimconf2022@gmail.com) to clarify the cost of the registration fee.
